A Few Cards

Standard

Hi there!  I have a few cards to show you today, which use some new and old Close To My Heart products.  The first card is for my neighbour, who is moving next week.  She’s been in the neighbourhood for about 7 years, but is getting remarried, so has to move to a bigger house to accomodate a blended family.  You’ll be missed Angie!Goodbye & Good LuckI will enter this one into the Out of a Hat Challenge this week.  The theme is the letter B.  Since I have buildings on my card, I thought it would fit right in!  The stamp set I used is called Cityscape and is in the new CTMH 2013 Autumn/Winter Idea Book.

My next card is a birthday card I made for my daughter’s friend, who is turning the ripe old age of 5!  I suppose since the next two cards are birthday cards, they qualify for the OOAH theme as well:)Treat Birthday CardThis card uses paper from the Dream Pop paper pack and a stamp from the December Stamp of the Month.  Perfect for a child’s birthday card!  The rest of the embellishments are rub ons, which I’ve had in my stash for quite some time.

And last but not least, here is a boy birthday card, which makes use of the new White Daisy Circle Spin Card Set.  One side of the circle says Happy Birthday and the other side of the circle has the number 5 for the age of the birthday boy.Super Hero Card

Super Hero CardI hope you have a terrific week.  See you back here real soon.  Until then happy crafting!

About papercraftnut

I am a stay-at-home mom of two great kids and married to a wonderful man who is very supportive of my paper crafting addiction! I discovered paper crafts about 2 years ago while organizing birthday parties for my kids. It was so fun to make the invitations, decorations and loot bags. The fun hasn't stopped and now I LOVE anything paper!

    Love Chrissie x

    • Hi Chrissie. I’m so glad I was able to play along this week. It’s been super busy around here since I started a full time job. Not as much crafting time as I’d like. Nice to hear from you. Hugs, Tracy

  2. All these cards are awesome! I’m remembering a post of yours, last summer, when you were visiting your brother, and having a crafting withdrawal…you made the most with what you had. I am at the cottage, with limited crafting stuff, getting craft envy!
